If you’ve read all of this and think that the Braun BT3020 isn’t good enough for you, Braun offers a stronger solution. If you can spare a couple more bucks, the BT3040 might be a great choice.

First of all, its performance is a lot better. It offers 39 different precision settings, so it can tackle pretty much any shaving task with no problem.

Its battery is also pretty impressive. You get 60 minutes of working time from 8 hours of charging, so it’s more likely to be there when you need it.

It also allows for corded use, so even when the battery dies, you can use it while it’s charging.

You get a lot more accessories than with the Braun BT3020. Two different combs and a Gillette Fusion ProGlide are included, so there’s very little you can’t do with it.

The Verdict

Braun beard trimmer BT3020 isn’t the best out there, but it’s definitely one of the most affordable trimmers. It’s not perfect, but it doesn’t have to be to give you a good shaving experience.
